Welcome to the Web site of Steve Imparl, a Chicago-based lawyer, author, and blog consultant. I am currently doing a major overhaul of my site, so if there is minimal content when you visit, that is why. I concentrate my law practice on Internet and e-commerce issues and my clients are generally small businesses. I also write a great deal about Internet law. Additionally, I publish some of my own Web sites and blogs, and am available as a blogging consultant.
